Privacy Policy for Starchild

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how SC Orbit, Inc ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with your use of Starchild, including any Skills incorporated into the Service (collectively, the "Service"). This Policy forms part of and should be read alongside our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Service. We may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Material changes will be published via our website or platform.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by SC Orbit, Inc, a software provider. We are not a financial institution, broker, or custodian of digital assets. We do not hold or control your private keys, digital assets, or trading accounts.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Currently, no account creation is required to use the Service. However, where you voluntarily provide information — such as when linking a trading account via API or communicating with us — we may collect: • API credentials and access tokens you provide to connect third-party trading platforms or services (used solely for the purposes you authorize) • Correspondence and support communications you send to us • Feedback and preferences you provide when using or customising the Service 2.2 Usage Data When you interact with the Service, we automatically collect technical and behavioral information about your use, including: • Device and system information: device type, operating system, browser type, hardware configuration • Interaction data: prompts, inputs, commands, outputs generated, Skills installed, and features accessed • Log data: IP address, timestamps, session duration, error logs, and access records • Performance data: response times, service analytics, and diagnostic information This information is collectively referred to as "Usage Data." As set out in our Terms of Service, all Usage Data is and will be owned solely and exclusively by us. To the extent any ownership rights vest in you, you assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to that Usage Data. 2.3 Third-Party Account Data If you choose to link a third-party account or service (e.g., a cryptocurrency exchange via API), we may receive and process information from or about that account as necessary to perform the functions you authorize. We do not independently store your private keys, passwords, or withdrawal credentials. 2.4 On-Chain and Wallet Data If you use the Service in connection with blockchain transactions, certain transaction data is publicly visible on-chain by design. We do not control or have access to that data beyond what is publicly available. 2.5 Browser Extension Data If you access the Service through the Starchild browser extension, we collect the following browser context data: • Tab URLs and page titles — of the tab you are currently viewing. These are collected automatically while you are signed in, so your agent can understand which page you are referring to (for example, when you say "this page"). You can stop this at any time by signing out of the extension. • Selected text, page excerpts, and screenshots — collected only when you attach page context to a request, or when the agent performs actions in your browser that you have requested. Use: browser context data is used solely to carry out your instructions, to resolve your references to the page you are viewing, and to maintain your session. It is not used for advertising or profiling. Sharing: browser context data is transmitted to your own Starchild agent environment — hosted by us and the service providers described in Section 4.1 — and is not shared with any other third party. Storage and handling: the extension does not transmit your browsing history — only the tab you are currently viewing, which replaces any previously shared context. Browser context data is handled in accordance with the retention and security practices described in Sections 6 and 7.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To provide and maintain the Service, including executing tasks, processing instructions, and interacting with third-party services on your behalf • To improve and develop the Service, including identifying usage patterns, improving AI outputs, and developing new features • To monitor your usage of the Service for security, compliance, and operational purposes • Research and analytics, including internal data analysis, customer research, and market research • Sharing derived analytics with third parties (in aggregated or anonymized form where practicable) • To comply with legal obligations, including applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government requests • To communicate with you regarding the Service, policy updates, and support matters

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances: 4.1 Third-Party Service Providers We work with third-party providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, infrastructure). These providers access data only as necessary to perform their functions and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. For data collected by the browser extension (tab URLs, page titles, selected text, page excerpts, and screenshots), see Section 2.5 — such data is shared only with your own Starchild agent environment and the providers described in this Section 4.1. 4.2 Third-Party Integrations You Authorize Where you authorize the Service to interact with third-party platforms, networks, or services (including cryptocurrency exchanges and DeFi protocols), we share the information necessary to perform those interactions. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle your data — their own privacy policies govern that relationship. 4.3 Skills The Service permits you to install Skills — prompts or code obtained through the Starchild marketplace or from external sources. Skills are third-party applications not developed, reviewed, or endorsed by us. When you use a Skill, data may be passed to or processed by that Skill. You install and use Skills at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data handling, data loss, or security issues arising from Skills. 4.4 Legal Requirements We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. 4.5 Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will endeavour to notify you of any such change through our website or platform.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to users located in, incorporated in, or resident in jurisdictions we have identified as high-risk or sanctioned, including but not limited to Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as well as jurisdictions subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union. We do not knowingly collect or process data from users in these jurisdictions.

6. Data Retention

We retain Usage Data and other information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. As the Service does not require account creation, much of your interaction data is session-based; however, aggregated or anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of any API keys, tokens, or credentials you use with the Service • Enabling appropriate security features (such as two-factor authentication) on linked third-party accounts • Protecting your devices from malware, phishing, and other user-side vulnerabilities We assume no liability for loss or damage arising from security breaches that are partially or wholly attributable to your failure to maintain these measures.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to support the operation and analytics of the Service. These may collect information about your device and how you interact with the Service. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Service functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

10. Your Rights

Note: As the Service does not require account creation, we may have limited ability to identify or retrieve data attributable to a specific individual in all cases.

The Service is operated from, and your data may be processed in, jurisdictions outside your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may interact with or direct you to third-party websites, protocols, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.

13. Governing Law

This Policy, and any disputes arising out of or related to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St Vincent & the Grenadines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of St Vincent & the Grenadines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes, consistent with our Terms of Service.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will endeavour to publish material changes via our website or platform. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
